About Libra (तुला)
Personality & Nature
Libra (Tula) natives seek balance, fairness and harmonious relationships above almost everything else. Ruled by Venus and belonging to the Air element, Tula Moon people are diplomatic, socially graceful and genuinely uncomfortable with conflict. The cardinal quality gives them initiative in building partnerships and bringing people together, though indecision can creep in when too many viewpoints are being weighed at once.
Ruling Planet: Venus
Venus governs relationships, aesthetics and diplomacy. As Libra's ruler, it sharpens this sign's eye for beauty and fairness, and its instinct for partnership, both romantic and professional. Venus periods often bring meaningful relationships, creative recognition or financial gains tied to collaboration for Libra natives.
Compatibility
Libra pairs naturally with Gemini and Aquarius, the other Air signs, enjoying intellectual connection and social ease. Aries, the opposite sign, brings energising contrast. Relationships with Cancer or Capricorn can work well but need patience, since both signs process decisions very differently from Libra's more deliberative style.
Frequently asked questions
What is Libra daily horoscope?
The Libra daily horoscope is a Vedic astrology prediction based on the Moon sign Libra. It covers career, love, health, finances and family based on current planetary transits and their influence on your natal Moon sign.
Is Vedic horoscope based on Moon sign or Sun sign?
Vedic (Jyotish) horoscopes are based on the Moon sign (Rashi), not the Sun sign used in Western astrology. The Moon sign is determined by the Moon's position in the sidereal zodiac at the time of your birth, and it governs your mind, emotions and inner nature.
I don't know my Moon sign. How do I find it?
Your Moon sign depends on your exact birth date, time and place, not just the day you were born. Enter your birth details on the Astrotattwa homepage to generate a free chart, and your Moon sign will be shown there.
Does this horoscope apply if I only know my Sun sign?
Not directly. Apps that use your Sun sign are following Western astrology, based on your birth date alone. Vedic astrology uses the Moon sign, based on the exact time of your birth. If you only know your Sun sign, generate a free chart first to find your correct Moon sign.
How accurate is a daily horoscope?
A daily horoscope reflects general planetary influences on your Moon sign, so it's the same for everyone born under that sign. For predictions based on your own exact birth date, time and place, check your full kundli.
