At Astrotattwa, we believe astrology becomes more useful when the question changes slightly.

A birth chart carries a remarkable amount of information. It can reveal patterns in our nature, our strengths and vulnerabilities, the areas of life that demand more from us, and the cycles through which our lives evolve.
But a chart is not a verdict.
Two people can experience similar planetary periods and make very different choices. Circumstances matter. Experience matters. And what we choose to do with the opportunities and challenges in front of us matters most of all.
This is why we think of astrology less as a fixed prediction of the future and more as a way of understanding the terrain of life.
There are periods when things move easily and opportunities appear at the right moment. There are periods when progress requires more patience. Sometimes the right decision is to move forward. Sometimes it is to prepare, reconsider, or simply give something more time.

Why we're building this
Most astrology online is either a canned sun-sign horoscope or a black box you're asked to trust blindly. We wanted something that shows its reasoning: your actual chart, your actual timing, explained clearly enough that you can weigh it yourself. We're still early, and there's a lot more we want to build. But the standard we're holding ourselves to is the one above: give you real information, and let you make the decision.
