Capricornमकर
November 2026
Jupiter in your eighth house is working on the deeper structures of your life, things like shared finances, inheritance, and transformation through difficulty. Saturn retrograde in your third, your own ruling planet, slows down communication and siblings-related matters. November is a month for going inward more than outward. The festival lights are beautiful, but the real work for you is happening in the quiet.
Shared finances, investments, and resources managed with others are where Jupiter's eighth house influence can work in your favor. Research and due diligence done now will pay off. Avoid signing contracts or making financial commitments during Mercury retrograde if you can. The post-Diwali week is a better window for finalizing anything important.
The eighth house influence brings depth and sometimes intensity to intimate relationships. Conversations that have been avoided may come up now, and that is actually good even when it does not feel that way. Couples who go through something difficult together this month often come out closer. Trust the process rather than trying to manage the discomfort away.
Saturn retrograde in your third house can bring tension to the shoulders, arms, and respiratory system. Mental fatigue from overthinking is also a pattern to watch. You are carrying more internally than you are showing, and that has a physical cost. Build in genuine rest, not just sleep, but actual decompression time without a task attached.
Navy blue keeps your focus sharp and your authority intact.
Four builds solid foundations and rewards your disciplined approach.
The days from Dhanteras through Diwali are your most auspicious this month.
Light a sesame oil lamp on Saturday evenings to honor Saturn and ease retrograde tension.

About Capricorn (मकर)
Personality & Nature
Capricorn (Makar) natives are disciplined, ambitious and willing to put in the long, steady effort that big goals require. Ruled by Saturn and belonging to the Earth element, Makar Moon people are pragmatic and responsible, often taking on burdens others would avoid. The cardinal quality gives strong initiative toward career and structure, though a tendency to overwork or hold back emotion can come with this drive.
Ruling Planet: Saturn
Saturn governs discipline, responsibility, time and karma. As Capricorn's ruler, it gives this sign its patience and willingness to work hard for long-term reward. Saturn periods (Shani Dasha) often bring career advancement through sustained effort, usually only after testing patience first.
Compatibility
Capricorn connects naturally with Taurus and Virgo, the other Earth signs, sharing practicality and a results-oriented approach. Cancer, the opposite sign, softens Capricorn's seriousness with emotional warmth. Matches with Libra or Aries can work but need conscious effort, since both signs move at a faster, less structured pace.
Frequently asked questions
What is Capricorn monthly horoscope?
The Capricorn monthly horoscope is a Vedic astrology prediction based on the Moon sign Capricorn. It covers career, love, health, finances and family based on current planetary transits and their influence on your natal Moon sign.
Is Vedic horoscope based on Moon sign or Sun sign?
Vedic (Jyotish) horoscopes are based on the Moon sign (Rashi), not the Sun sign used in Western astrology. The Moon sign is determined by the Moon's position in the sidereal zodiac at the time of your birth, and it governs your mind, emotions and inner nature.
I don't know my Moon sign. How do I find it?
Your Moon sign depends on your exact birth date, time and place, not just the day you were born. Enter your birth details on the Astrotattwa homepage to generate a free chart, and your Moon sign will be shown there.
Does this horoscope apply if I only know my Sun sign?
Not directly. Apps that use your Sun sign are following Western astrology, based on your birth date alone. Vedic astrology uses the Moon sign, based on the exact time of your birth. If you only know your Sun sign, generate a free chart first to find your correct Moon sign.
How accurate is a daily horoscope?
A monthly horoscope reflects general planetary influences on your Moon sign, so it's the same for everyone born under that sign. For predictions based on your own exact birth date, time and place, check your full kundli.
